About the role
Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development, or related fields.
Proficiency in Python and good software development practices.
Interest in science, biomedical imaging, and collaborative work.
Ability to learn and solve problems independently.
Valuable experience (not required): image analysis, GUI development, handling scientific data (numpy, pandas, scikit-image, etc.).
Key responsabilities
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of software that controls and analyzes microscope images.
- Implement new features and image analysis algorithms.
- Contribute to improving the software architecture and usability.
- Work closely with engineers, scientists, and clinical staff.
- Help develop tools for visualization and statistical analysis.
