The 15th Congress of the Italian Society of Immunology, Clinical Immunology and Allergology (SIICA) brings together leading experts, researchers, and clinicians in the fields of immunology and related biomedical sciences. This four-day event is designed to promote scientific exchange and foster collaboration across basic, translational, and clinical immunology, with a strong focus on innovation and interdisciplinary research. Set against the scenic backdrop of Lake Maggiore, the SIICA Congress offers a vibrant platform for the immunology community to share the latest discoveries, discuss challenges, and explore future directions in the fight against immune-related diseases and cancer.
HAWK Biosystems is proud to participate in the 15th SIICA Congress, invited by our Italian distributor Cytosens. Our Chief Scientific Officer, Veronique Calleja, will attend the event and deliver a scientific talk titled “Stratifying NSCLC patients to immunotherapy using quantitative functional proteomics” on June 19th at 09:30 AM. This presentation will highlight how our QF-Pro® platform enables precise quantification of functional biomarker interactions in the tumour microenvironment, offering a powerful tool for improving patient stratification and response prediction in immuno-oncology. We look forward to engaging with the immunology community in Stresa and exchanging ideas on the future of personalized cancer treatment.
